Welcome to “BMX STRENGTH.” This site will be dedicated to bringing you up to date, useful information. We will not only be discussing matters of strength and conditioning here, we will also be covering many other subjects that pertain to BMX racing. If it’s part of our sport, we will cover it at some point.
We will be presenting different perspectives from various athletes, coaches, trainers and parents. We will also be doing product testing and reviews. These reviews/tests will range from bicycle components to nutritional supplements. All testing and review will be objective and will not be affected by outside influences. Therefore, you can believe that 100% of our test/review section will be honest and straightforward.
The goal at BMX STRENGTH is to improve the level of performance for those who are looking for the answers and make the sport of BMX racing better. There has been a long standing tradition in BMX to keep the training process a “secret.” The truth of the matter is that different things work for different people at different times. Our goal is to provide you with several bridges to cross when you find yourself in the need of knowledge, information, and/or change.
